I've heard of touches against, that being how bouts were scored, once upon a time.
What do you mean by a 2-meter warning?

You used to get a warning you were about to go off strip before you went off strip. They'd stop the bout and set you at the line and restart the action. Now they just figure you should know better. One of the smart rule changes over the years to do away with that.

However, I still occasionally flash back to the '70s and make a "touch against" call. Hard to teach an old dog new tricks...
