Hi
My Uhlman FIE jacket wandered off at the Dust in the Wind tournament at Bayou City this past weekend (Saturday 11/8/08). If you were there could you please check your stuff and see if you accidentally picked it up? "O'Neill USA" on the back in blue letters.
thanks,
Kevin

Kevin:
I just got an email from Rachel El-Saleh.
She tossed your jacket in her fencing bag thinking it was hers. (I do recall he watching the epee competition from the risers and her stuff was there, as well).
I am trying to work out a time she can pass it off to Nicole.

Wasn't the "Dust in the Wind" tournament a few weekends back?
Anyway, save your wife the hassle, schlager7. Kevin has fencers pre-registered for Battle on the Bayou this weekend. My guess is he will be there, aw well.
BTW, Kevin, why aren't you signed up for mixed epee? Have some fun.

He discovered his jacket missing before he left. I was part of running both and both were at the Houston Athletic Fencing Center. The mistake is understandable. 2.) I think he only has one fencer pre-registered, but, yes, I expect he will be there. 3.) I can't answer that one. Kevin, sign up!

I may or may not come Sunday for mixed, this weekend we're moving to our new house. On the other hand, eh, I may just move Saturday and come out and try to remember how to fence Sunday. We'll see. In either case, I'll figure out what I'm doing and talk to Rachel about getting the jacket back. Thanks for the help in looking for it. Kevin
