SWIFA champs are coming up April 17. It will be at TAMU again. UH will be going. Our new SWIFA brethren Texas Tech said they would be sending a foil squad along. Results and stuff will go here as soon as the tournament is over and blah blah blah.

How'd the tourney go this weekend? I hear my Red Raider fencers did well. Hopefully, we can host a SWIFA sometime next season.

U of H F-4, E-2, S-3 3+4+2=9
A&M F-8, E-1, S-2 8+1+2=11
UTSA F-2, E-(<8, >4), S-1 2+x+1=x+3, if x=5, then y=8 and they beat you, but I don't think they were 5th, if x=6th, they tie you, and I don't know the rules for that, if x=7th, U of H won out-right.
tu F>4, E-3, S-4 5 (best case)+3+4=12
UNT F-3, E>4, S>4 3+5 (best case)+5 (best case)=13
Texas Tech, foil only, no overall standing for them.
On reflection of this, A&M placed 3rd.
