USFCA ANNUAL CONFERENCE
&
PAFA SEMINAR
JUNE 4-6, 2004
REGISTRATION - $50
Coaches are strongly encouraged to enroll and pay the registration fees before the seminar begins. The registration fees must be paid to the Bursar’s office no later than June 3rd. Registration will be accepted at the door but there will be a $25 late fee. Make conference checks out to Palo Alto College.
HOW TO PRE-REGISTER
1. By Check – fill out the registration form (on the back of this flyer) and mail it in with your check or money order.
2. By Credit Card – fax the registration form with your credit card number, expiration date and original signature to the Department of Continuing Education 210-921-5328.

TAKING AN EXAM
Coaches will be able to take the written and practical exams, but MUST SCHEDULE EXAMS AHEAD OF TIME. If you are planning to take a written or practical please phone Vinnie Bradford at 210-921-5233 or send an email to vbradfor@accd.edu.
Study guide information is also available upon request.
Exams will be administered on Friday, June 3rd at 3pm, Saturday, June 4th at 6:30pm and Sunday beginning at 11 am. To take an exam you must be a member of the USFCA. There is a USFCA fee associated with each exam.
