I tried an ARMA class.
Once.
It was actually quite interesting, just a little more rough and tumble than i was expecting. The emphasis seemed to be as much on hand-to-hand martial arts as on swordplay.
And when people slam me to the floor, I tend to break.

I like their web site. They have made available some good material.
I attended one of their seminars where they brought in a fellow from the Royal Armories in Leeds to give us instruction in some great swords and rapier-and-dagger moves...
That said, I have some reservations about some things I have observed on certain occasions. (These reservations are mine and private, but I am willing to accept PMs).
