This should serve as an example to the Gulf Coast Division officers AND those in charge of the various fencing organizations. I have NO doubt that the North Texas Division has its share of internal friction, yet they can come together and look all the more professional for it.

Volunteers!
We have a great opportunity for you!!!
Volunteers will receive one ticket for each FULL hour of time they give to the World Cup and to Summer Nationals. If you have to pay for parking, get a receipt and get that to me before the end of summer nationals for one more ticket.
We will have a drawing after Summer Nationals for a wheelie fencing bag, and another drawing for a fencing mask.
The more you volunteer, the greater your chances of winning!!!
Sign up at the LOC table with Brenda or one of the other Volunteers.
If you need a community service letter, be sure to note that!!!

We need 5-6 people to help with the Olympic Day activities at the World Cup on Sunday from 12:30-4:30. There will be an autograph signing area, a discussion group, and a couple of other stations - we will provide "herd control" for this. I'm not sure how well it was publicized and it's the first time we've done this, so I have no idea how many people will actually show up...
