My guess is it would play out as
umbrella attack
purse parry
no riposte
umbrella remise
touch right
(I just don't see the purse making the parry-to-riposte transition before the remise arrive from the umbrella).

It's obviously sabre, as otherwise the jacket on the right would have the lower triangle in front. However, I'm not sure jackets and button up the center of the chest.

If what we are seeing is the final arc of the purse spinning in a circle, then the call might be
(purse) Preparation
(umbrella) attack in the preparation
touch right!

Direct attack with umbrella. Brick in purse speeds moulinet, which parries the umbrella. The umbrella is knocked out of the hand, but hooks on the wrist, so the fencer is not completely disarmed. The purse completes the moulinet for a saber cut to the head. Touch left. Ten minute medical for the fencer on the right.
