I saw this article linked on another board I read and, knowing a few lawyers read this board, wanted to ask how legit this seems. m.gizmodo.com/5553765/are-cameras-the-new-gunsThe gist is that several states have outlawed taping, videoing, photographing police in unflattering situations and are justifying it with wiretapping laws. Is there is any legitimacy to this? Can this be used in regards to police surveillance in absence of a warrant? Sorry to bring this to this board, but I go where there's experts I know. Dan
