I threatened (see campechesteel.proboards15.com/index.cgi?board=Division&action=display&thread=1079586617) Bylaw change proposals. Here is the third, like the second having to do with swapping out words, not changing meanings. "Proposition 3": "By-Laws" versus "Bylaws"Overview:In various places in the titles and texts of the Bylaws the word "By-Laws" appears. This may have been the fashion decades ago when the document was written, but it is not standard usage today. Robert's Rules of Order, the Bylaws of the Southwest Section, and the Bylaws of the USFA uniformly use the word "Bylaws" instead. Current text:"By-Laws" throughout the Bylaws. Motion:In the Gulf Coast Division Bylaws, substitute "bylaws" for "by-laws" everywhere it appears, preserving capitalization or lack of same of the first letter.

Gee, another one that is easy and natural to the eyes. I 'll likely go with changing "By-Laws" to "Bylaws"...
