Congratulations to Joe (and his family) for his results in Sosnowiec, Poland, this past Sunday. For those interested in the details of the saber tournaments (women and men) check this link: www.mat-fencing.republika.pl/PS20SzablaSosnowiec2005.htmlThe women's results (gold medal by Rebecca Ward) are the red links to the left at the bottom of the page, the men's to the right. Reading Polish helps, otherwise just trust your French. Great job by Joe and Alliance and good luck for the upcoming international competitions of all our young fencers in the GC Division invited to compete abroad and represent the USA.

Thanks LongBlade! Joe will be part of the US delegation fencing in the world cup in Frascati, Italy(near Rome) Nov. 19 and Dormagen, Germany (near Duseldorf) Nov. 26. We're very excited, but will miss having Thanksgiving dinner with him. On the other hand...more turkey for us!

Now, I KNOW they have turkeys in Germany, MJ! (Though it might be a good thing that he isn't eating your share! *L*)
Congrats, once again, to Joe!
