Tonight FRED shows 1 A, 3 Bs & 4 Cs. Who will take the mixed cadet epee event at the Poujardieu Memorial?

Neely is quite good, and seeing as she just registered, I assume she really intends to attend.

Although I am clearly hoping for SOMEBODY ELSE, I think that Greg Micek or Nathan will take the event. I will be out of town for that event, but plan to compete the next day.

It's epee. Anything is possible, never give up.

This poll is now flawed because SOMEONE ELSE has signed up and will take the tournament. Unfortunately, it is not the one that I am hoping for, but
... Daniel Trapani (A05), and in the final, he will bout with Jonathan Parker (A05)
Go, Daniel!

Wow, this event exploded. It's bigger than Women's Epee now... about as strong too (1 fewer A, but 4 more Cs and 4 more Ds).

Daniel's formidable, to be sure, but he was fencing in a fog at the last NAC. I know everyone has a down day and all, but I think I'll run with Micek. Could go either way.

Well:
Who won --- Jonathan Parker who eliminated my son after he was ahead 8-2 after the first period. Daniel Trapani ended up in the same bracket than Jonathan and the bout that I had predicted was actually the semifinal. Daniel got 3rd place. Dillon Smith got the Silver.
