Tees is on her upward climb. I think the day is hers.

As per my usual, I had to vote "someone else," because I have confidence in my fencing and I plan to have a great day!
...that's my story, and I'm sticking to it.

I see that Tees won. A pity it couldn't have been larger than an E1, but sabre is still the newest of the weapons available for women's competition. I think it is going to be fun watching it grow.

It may have been small, but there was some intense fencing going on. The final bout between Tees and Latimer was again a thing of beauty. Give the top sabre girls around here about two more years, and they are going to be making waves on the national level.

Hi David!
I have the full Gold Medal bout filmed, digitally captured (with score-subtitles).
The quality is really good, from an elevated angle with noone interfering with the camera [i.e. noone walking by it, ripping the tripod down with a fencing bag, director in the way, etc.].
Contact me if you would like a copy.

Ya know, one of these days, I'm going to make all four of my lower major joints work (both knees, both ankles), and when I do, I plan to be a terror on strip. Until that day... more referee rating increases in Epee, I guess

I'm bummed... I only caught the last couple of hits of the Gold medal match, I heard Melissa fenced great... Congrats David!
