Congrats to our new rating earners! Schlager gets his E!!!!
With my thanks for a fantastic tournament...complete with a posting of the tableau, so rarely done now. I will do my best to hit ALL of the rest of the vet circuit events. I look forward to seeing all of my friends (and the rest of you) there.

Um...I was just looking on FRED...what ARE the other Vet Circuit events? I did find number 4. I think Fet de Lune was number 1.

I don't recall the dates on two of them, but here is what I can teel you.
1 - Fete de Lune (which we just completed)
2 - Veterans' Melee (San Antonio, around late February 2009)
3 - Something "November-ish" in San Marcos
4 - Katy Blades, in the spring, if I recall.

Oscar (and Kyle) were meeting today to work out the STX division calendar.
4th Veteran's Melee in San Antonio Fencing Center / Salle Pouj is most likely be on January 24, 2009. It depends on the weekend selected for the Pouj, which has priority. Currently, the Pouj was requested to be on January 31 - February 1, 2009. They are waiting on approval from Texas State University.
For the Veteran STX tournament in San Marcos, we were considering a Veteran tournament associated (separate but in conjunction on same weekend) with the Catfight or the Myles Keogh.
For the tournament at Katy Blades, Augie will be working dates some time in the Spring.

Wish I could have been there I sure missed ya. It seems at times that I need a brick wall to beat my head against, and you've always been there to fill that need. Hope you can make the next one.
